1. Catching a Cold

3. Sleepwalking
Indeed, not all people experience sleepwalking or night wakings. It is estimated there are only about 1-15 percent of people in the population at risk. And usually, this sleep disorder experienced only at certain times, for example when a person is very tired from lack of sleep.
